Softweave refund policy

At Softweave, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process for Cash on Delivery (COD) customers, under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:
   Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached. The original packaging must also remain intact.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
   For COD orders, we will refund the amount in cash directly to you. Once we confirm the returned product meets our return criteria, a representative from Softweave will visit your address to hand over the refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

3. Return Process:
   To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [insert contact email or phone number] with your order details. Once your return is confirmed, we will arrange a pick-up for the product. Return shipping costs are covered by Softweave if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the return is due to a change of mind or sizing issues, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

4. Non-Refundable Items:
   Certain items such as sale products or personalized/customized items may not be eligible for a refund. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
   If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us immediately with photographs of the item. We will arrange for a free return and provide a full refund in cash, or we can offer a replacement, as per your preference.

6. Refund Process:
   After receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, a Softweave representative will visit your provided address to hand over the refund amount. Please ensure that you are available at the address for the refund delivery. Refunds will be made in full, based on the original purchase price.
